How to Enable Multiple Concurrent Users

Enabling concurrent users: if you ever get the following error message in Windows 7:

That’s because Windows 7 by default don’t allow concurrent user access. If either the RDP session user or the host user try to login, the other people will not be able to login while there is already a user. So you will get this message when you try to RDP a Windows 7 machine, which can be very annoying sometimes.

There are ways around this.  Basically, all you need to do is replace the termsrv.dll file in %SystemRoot%\System32\termsrv.dll.  Below is a zip file containing an executable that will replace this file with the one that will allow concurrent logons from multiple users.
